Sales conducted under the Arms and Ammunition Act 7 of 1996. All purchases require a valid firearm licence and permit verification.
Botswana
Sales conducted under the Arms and Ammunition Act (Cap. 24:01). A valid dealer's licence from the Botswana Police Service is required.
Eswatini
Sales conducted under the Arms and Ammunition Act, 1964. A licensed firearms dealer certificate and valid possession permit are mandatory.
