What are your trading hours?
Most branches trade Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00, and Sundays/public holidays from 09:00 to 13:00.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer local delivery within town limits for grocery and hardware orders above a minimum order value, as well as delivery/transport arrangements for larger farming supply and construction material orders.

What are the licensing requirements for firearms?
Our licensed division operates strictly under national legislation. All sales require valid identification and a current firearms permit from the relevant police authority in Namibia, Botswana, or Eswatini.
How do I request a construction quote?
We provide formal quotes for large-scale infrastructure projects. Contact our construction team to schedule a site visit and scope the project before we provide a detailed engineering estimate.
Are bulk-buy discounts available?
Yes, we offer preferential pricing on selected grocery and farming supply lines. Registered trading account holders receive significant discounts on qualifying bulk purchases.
